We have the first mixed wrestling episode in three weeks due to championship releases. This time, Calypso is the beautiful and young Calypso in the fourth installment in the escape challenge. Frank (stats), is this time her unfortunate victim.
This video is perfect for male fans who like to see them trapped in various holds (some with a twist on the fem and foot dominance), and trying unsuccessfully to escape. This one is for you if you love victory poses. Each successful hold ends on a victory pose.

Calypso proves her physical superiority against Frank in NC-48. She has the first victory pose pin and the arms pin which are pinned to her front.

The Escape Challenge style is described in detail, along with the list of holds.

This style has 11 rounds with 11 immobilization obstacles. One competitor, the immobilizer must hold their opponent for one minute in each pre-defined hold / pin. Then, the competitor can try to escape. If there is no escape, the immobilizer is awarded a point.

The challengers are instructed to take their positions and begin the challenge. They are informed about their timestamp 10 seconds before they reach the time limit (at 50 second), Once immobilization has been completed, the point is rewarded. If so, the immobilizer does a victory pose while keeping the hold whenever possible.

The holds in the sequence that they appear in video are:

1. Pin with arms by a schoolgirl

2. Pin for reverse schoolgirl with arms below

3. Grapevine pin

4. Triangle pin

5. Lotus lock

6. Full-nelson / Bodyscissors combination

7. Figure-4 Headscissors with Arm Trapped

8. Reverse headsit (with your face buried in your feet)

9. Foot choke (ankle scissors for arm control)

10. Gogoplata (with an ankle across the neck)

11. Victory pose pin (1-foot-on-1-chest)
